Return Policy
Is there an issue with the item you ordered?
Our store is happy to exchange that item for and item f equal value within 30 days of your purchase date. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for an exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. Refunds and store credit are not offered by this store at this time.
To make an exchange, please email crystaleyescreations@gmail.com with your order number and let us know what item you would like to exchange it for. We’ll help you process your exchange and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item. Simply print the label, repackage your item. and drop it off at the post office. Once we receive your item, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your exchange is accepted, please allow another 3-5 business days for us to ship you your new item.
